Mr. & Mrs. Rufus & Helen Austin

Rufus and Helen Austin currently reside in a southwest suburb of Chicago and have three young daughters.  Collectively, they have over 22 years of corporate management experience, which they have used to secure their future in the real estate industry. With degrees (Bachelor’s and Master’s) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Project Management,  they have effectively combined educational, corporate and practical experience to position themselves as successful entrepreneurs.

Real Estate started out as a hobby for the Austins but eventually became the catalyst to their success in attaining their goal of multiple streams of income. Utilizing the analytical skills from their engineering backgrounds, Rufus and Helen began learning as much as possible about the real estate industry. From acquiring real estate licenses in two states, interning at a private mortgage company, attending national real estate institutes, hosting home ownership workshops across the country, and providing “hands-on” mentoring to referred clients, Rufus and Helen have become well-rounded experts in the area of property acquisition, financing and selling.

Mr. and Mrs. Austin have mastered numerous skills in regard to making real estate work for them. Their proficiency in financing, purchasing, rehabilitation and selling has propelled them to the top of their field. With emphasis on creative ways to manage real estate investments, they have mastered the technique of purchasing property with NO MONEY DOWN, and they take pleasure in determining new ways of using other people’s money.

The Austins own residential and commercial properties and have purchased more than $1Million in real estate holdings in the past 3 years. They own properties in four different cities and two states and continue to explore opportunities for investments in cities all over the country.

They are guided by a simple set of principles that continue to act as a catalyst to their success. First, they strive to use their God-given talents to demystify the concepts of property acquisition through research. Second, they are committed to sharing their knowledge with others who may be disenfranchised and intimidated with the seemingly complex process.
